DRY-MIX SHOTCRETE MACHINE АС-1
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
The AC-1 series machines for dry shotcrete are designed for applying concrete and refractory concrete by the so-called dry shotcrete method. This machine operates using a pocket-type one-sided dosing drum. The machine is produced in two types of execution—with an electric engine and a pneumatic engine, with a productivity of 0.4–3.2 m3/h. Versatility in use allows adapting the AC-1 to the most types of shotcrete works.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
The AC-1 series shotcrete machines are used for repairing concrete, ground reinforcement in underground and overland development, strengthening engineering structures, in the construction of hydraulic structures and tanks, reinforcing arches tunnels and collectors, carrying out the readjustment of concrete structures. Another important field of application is a refractory materials spraying. Compactness and mobility make the AC-1 the ideal machine for repairing concrete structures and underground development.

In response to the need to improve mobility and reduce materials consumption of the shotcrete equipment of classical design, the AC-1 machines have been developed. Thanks to the use of only one compaction plate, the machines in this series have a 30% reduced wear compared to machines with through-type rotor. The simplified and lightweight design makes the AC-1 an effective solution in the repairing of concrete, roadway supports, and the application of refractories.
The AC-1 is the “Kalashnikov automatic rifle” in the shotcrete.
DRY-MIX SHOTCRETE MACHINE АС-2
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
The AC-2 pneumatic concrete spraying machine is designed for shotcreting and refractory concrete by the so-called dry method. This machine is based on the classical rotary principle of action with through-type dosing rotor. The machine is manufactured in two versions—with a output of 0.5-4 m3/h. Changing the drum allows to additionally change the performance. The dual air supply system perfectly copes with dense and heavy mixes. In order to apply the refractory and lining layers, machines of this type are used in metallurgy, chemical, glass, cement industries, as well as in other enterprises that use furnaces.

АС-3 DRY AND WET SHOTCRETE MACHINE
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
The АС-3 shotcrete machine is designed for shotcreting and applying of refractory concretes in a dry or wet method. This unit operates using a through-type dosing drum. The concrete sprayer machine is produced in two versions – with a output of 2–7 m3/h and 2–6 m3/h. Due to the special design of the charging hopper and the dispensing rotor, the sprayer can also be used for wet shotcrete. The АС-3 shotcrete machine is productive and the most versatile in the range of the АС shotcrete machines, and it can be adapted to any kind of gunite work.

АС-4 SHOTCRETE PLASTERING MACHINE
DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE
The AC-4 machine is designed for shotcreting and plastering with fine grained wet mixes with high flowability. This machine works with the application of the gerotor-type (screw) pair and ensures the most gentle movement of mortars, including materials that are significantly different in density and sensitive to mechanical action (refractories, polystyrene concrete, foam concrete, etc.). The shotcrete plastering machine has a output of 0.75–2.8 m3/h.
FIELD OF APPLICATION
The AC-4 can be used to mechanize the application of mortars up to 30 mm in one pass: the construction of buildings and structures without formwork, including using 3D panels, applying refractory shotcrete mixes, carrying out the readjustment of concrete structures, and applying waterproofing mixes. Replaceable nozzles and nozzle holders allow adapting the machine to the required type of work. The AC-4 series auger machines are non-alternative equipment for pumping slush and abrasive masses that are used in waterproofing and finish (plastering).

The АС-5 wet shotcrete machine is unique and extremely economical equipment, especially proven for building of thin-walled structures.

TORNADO A-5 Ex PUMP FOR LIQUID ADDITIVES
DESCRIPTION OF THE PUMP
TORNADO peristaltic dosing pumps are used to supply liquid additives to concrete during dry and wet shotcrete work. The pump delivers the liquid admixture from the tank to the mixing chamber of the shotcrete nozzle, where the admixture is mixed into the shotcrete. The pump is equipped with a flow meter and capacity adjustment, which allows you to set the exact dosage of the additive. The dosing pump is connected to the shotcrete unit via a control cable.
